Lead time depends on PCB complexity, component availability, order quantity, and testing requirements.

Prototype assembly: Available for small-batch and sample production

Batch production: Scheduled according to confirmed BOM, PCB files, and material readiness

Component Procurement Options

Full turnkey: LEADHUI PCB manages PCB fabrication, component sourcing, assembly, inspection, and shipment.

Partial turnkey: Customers provide key components, while LEADHUI PCB sources the remaining parts.

Consigned assembly: Customers provide all components, and LEADHUI PCB handles PCB fabrication and assembly.

Assembly Technologies

Quality Inspection & Testing

Engineering review: Gerber, BOM, CPL, component polarity, footprint, and package matching review before production.

First article inspection: First assembled board checked before batch production continues.

Visual inspection: Manual inspection of component placement, solder joints, polarity, connectors, and board surface.

AOI inspection: Automated inspection for missing parts, wrong parts, misalignment, solder bridges, tombstoning, and other visible defects.

X-ray inspection: Available for BGA, QFN, and hidden solder joint inspection upon project requirements.

Electrical testing: Used to check shorts, opens, and basic circuit connectivity when required.

Functional testing: Performed according to customer-provided test procedures or product requirements.

Programming & Functional Support

IC programming: Firmware programming can be supported when customers provide programming files, tools, and instructions.

Functional test: Power-on test, LED lighting test, signal test, or customer-defined test procedure can be arranged.

Simple final assembly: Connector installation, wire assembly, heatsink installation, or basic product-level assembly available upon review.
