Custom thickness: Available upon material availability and production review.

Copper Thickness

Standard copper: 1 oz for common LED PCB applications.

Thicker copper: 2 oz, 3 oz, 4 oz or higher options available upon review.

Power applications: Copper thickness can be selected according to current, heat, and reliability requirements.

Surface Finish

HASL: Common surface finish for standard LED PCB applications.

Lead-Free HASL: Suitable for RoHS-compliant projects.

ENIG: Provides flat surface finish for finer pitch components and better shelf life.

OSP: Available for selected applications.

Solder Mask & Silkscreen

White solder mask: Commonly used for LED lighting applications to improve light reflection and appearance.

Other solder mask colors: Green, black, blue, red, yellow and other colors available upon review.

Silkscreen: Used for polarity marks, LED direction, reference designators, logos, and assembly guidance.

LED Package Support

SMD LEDs: Common LED packages such as 2835, 3030, 3535, 5050 and other SMD LED packages.

PCB Profile & Processing

Routing: Custom board outlines can be processed according to Gerber or mechanical drawings.

V-Cut: Suitable for panelized LED strips or lighting PCB production.

Tab routing: Available for irregular shapes or assembly panel requirements.

Mounting holes: Mechanical holes and slots can be processed for screws, fixtures, housings, and installation needs.

Assembly Support

LED PCB assembly: Assembly support for LED components, resistors, capacitors, connectors, ICs, and driver components.

Inspection & Testing

Electrical testing: Used to detect shorts, opens, and basic circuit connectivity.

LED polarity check: LED direction and polarity are checked during assembly and inspection.

Lighting test: LED PCBAs can be powered on to verify lighting performance according to customer requirements.

Aging / burn-in test: Available for LED lighting or power-related products upon request.

Final inspection: Finished boards are checked for appearance, solder mask, silkscreen, surface finish, dimensions, and packaging requirements.

File Requirements

Gerber files: Required for PCB manufacturing.

Drill files: Required for hole and slot processing.

Fabrication drawing: Recommended for material, thickness, surface finish, tolerance, and special requirements.

BOM: Required if LED PCB assembly or component sourcing is needed.

CPL / Pick-and-Place file: Required for LED PCB assembly and SMT placement.

Assembly drawing: Recommended for LED polarity, connector direction, wire routing, and special assembly instructions.

Packaging & Shipping

Protective packaging: LED PCBs and aluminum PCBs are packed to reduce scratches, moisture, and transportation damage.

ESD-safe packaging: Used for assembled LED PCBAs and sensitive electronic modules.

International shipping: Orders can be shipped by express courier, air freight, sea freight, or customer-designated logistics provider.
