Nous confirmons les points de fabricabilit\u00e9 avant le d\u00e9but de la production.<\/p><h3>Pr\u00e9paration du mat\u00e9riau et imagerie des couches internes<\/h3><p>Le stratifi\u00e9 FR-4 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 et la feuille de cuivre sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9s. Le circuit des couches internes est imag\u00e9, grav\u00e9, inspect\u00e9 et pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour le laminage.<\/p><h3>Laminage multicouche<\/h3><p>Pour les cartes multicouches, les couches internes sont li\u00e9es avec du pr\u00e9impr\u00e9gn\u00e9 sous chaleur et pression contr\u00f4l\u00e9es pour former la structure finale du PCB.<\/p><h3>Per\u00e7age et m\u00e9tallisation des trous<\/h3><p>Le per\u00e7age m\u00e9canique ou au laser est effectu\u00e9 selon la conception.
