PCB Types

Single-Sided PCB: Cost-effective PCB manufacturing for simple electronic circuits and LED applications.

Double-Sided PCB: Standard PCB solution for electronic products requiring routing on both sides.

Base Materials

FR4: Standard rigid PCB material for general electronics.

Special Materials: Available upon engineering review according to project requirements.

Board Thickness

Standard board thickness options may include 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.6 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.4 mm, and 3.2 mm.

Custom thickness can be reviewed based on material availability and production requirements.

Copper Thickness

Standard copper: 1 oz copper for common PCB applications.

Heavy copper: 2 oz, 3 oz, or higher copper thickness available upon project review.

LED / power applications: Copper thickness can be selected according to current load and thermal requirements.

Line Width / Line Spacing

Minimum line width: 0.1 mm / 4 mil

Minimum line spacing: 0.1 mm / 4 mil

Fine line capability depends on copper thickness, board structure, material, and production process.

Hole Size & Drilling

Minimum mechanical hole size: 0.15-6.5 mm

Solder Mask

V-Cut / V-Scoring: Available for panelized PCBs and easy separation.

Tab Routing: Available for irregular board shapes and assembly panel requirements.

Electrical Testing

Flying probe test: Available for prototype and small-batch PCB production.

Fixture test: Available for batch production and repeated orders.

Electrical testing is used to check shorts, opens, and circuit connectivity before shipment.

Quality Inspection

Engineering file review: Gerber, drill, stackup, solder mask, silkscreen, and production notes are reviewed before manufacturing.

Incoming material inspection: PCB base materials and production materials are checked before use.

Process inspection: Key production steps are controlled during manufacturing.

Final inspection: Finished PCBs are checked for appearance, dimension, surface finish, solder mask, silkscreen, and quantity.

Lead Time

PCB manufacturing lead time depends on layer count, material, board thickness, copper thickness, surface finish, quantity, and special process requirements.

Prototype, small-batch, and batch production schedules can be arranged according to confirmed project requirements.

File Requirements

Gerber files: Required for PCB fabrication.

Drill files: Required for hole and slot processing.

Stackup information: Recommended for multilayer PCB projects.

Fabrication drawing: Recommended for tolerance, material, surface finish, impedance, or special requirements.

Panel drawing: Recommended when customers have specific panelization requirements.

Packaging & Shipping

Vacuum packaging: PCBs can be packed to help prevent moisture and contamination.

Protective packaging: Bubble wrap, foam, cartons, or custom packaging based on board type and quantity.

International shipping: Orders can be shipped by express courier, air freight, sea freight, or customer-designated logistics provider.
