PCB Fab & Layout FAQs
What files are required for PCB fabrication?
Gerber files and drill files are usually required. For multilayer boards or special requirements, stackup information and fabrication drawings are recommended.
Can you manufacture PCBs without Gerber files?
Gerber files are preferred for production. If you only have samples, drawings, or design files, please contact us to confirm whether file conversion or engineering support is available.
Do you provide PCB layout design?
We can provide layout-related review and manufacturability feedback. If you need full PCB layout design from schematic, please contact us to confirm project scope and availability.
What PCB materials do you support?
Common materials include FR4, aluminum base, and selected special materials. Material availability depends on board structure and project requirements.
Can you support PCB assembly after fabrication?
Yes. LEADHUI PCB can support PCB fabrication and PCB assembly together, including component sourcing, SMT assembly, through-hole assembly, inspection, and testing.
How is PCB lead time calculated?
Lead time depends on layer count, material, quantity, copper thickness, surface finish, special processes, and file confirmation status.
